Appliqué Book Satchel Competition:
During the course of the year we had an eager group of young sewers wanting to learn a new skill. Their enthusiasm and pride in their own hand work inspired many of us to regain ours!
For our August project – Appliquéd book satchel – we received a sponsored competition from BERNINA RSA for this student project, based on creativity, sewing techniques and tidiness. Wow! What a great opportunity! Everybody brought their A-Game, worked hard and did their best, We are very proud of you all!
Our four winners for the Competition were:
